Sports Massage
This type of massage is designed to address the tightness and sore muscles that often result from a sports event or workout regime, whether you work out daily or occasionally.

We use a combination of stretches to lengthen your muscles and penetrating compressions and kneading to bring fresh blood carrying nutrients and oxygen to the area while flushing out the metabolites. This allows your body to naturally recover from the stress of your workouts.
